Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

To start a return, contact us at zurarecovery@gmail.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damages: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
